The success of well stocked inventory depends on how qualified it really is. Dispeo’s years of experience have contributed to developing processes and expertise in identifying, inspecting and qualifying incoming stock flows, whether they be from regular suppliers, opportunity purchases, or customer returns. This know-how is a guarantee for each of our customers that the end-user will be satisfied with products that meet his or her expectations. But, this advantage also allows us to perform a quality control that guarantees the stock’s accuracy and its value.
Dedicated teams receive training at each of our sites, concentrating on product areas such as footwear, textiles, food, and cosmetics. Stock integrations are also a phase during which we complete logistics databases, calibrate products and logistics units, manage batches and dates (DLC, DLUO, DLV), and proceed with repackaging or pack splitting. This last action is often complemented by re-labelling, creating product identifiers, and EAN codes.
Dispeo offers flexible solutions adapted to your specific product needs and order processing requirements, for instance by size or stock rotation. They can be manual or automated (Scallog, Miniload, …) depending on your activity’s flow requirements.
